Advisory Committee Meeting #3 Please Join Us  PENNSYLVANIA'S DELAWARE RIVER VALLEY SCENIC BYWAY CORRIDOR MANAGEMENT PLAN Advisory Committee Meeting #3 The 3rd Advisory Committee meeting will be held on October 7, 2010 at the Welcome Center located at 7701 Martins Creek- Belvidere Highway, Lower Mt. Bethel Township, from 7:00-9:00 PM to discuss enhancement and transportation strategies for the byway.   Advance materials will be posted on or about September 30, 2010.
