12-13-11 UPDATE:
Congratulations to all!  We now have an approved CMP …  but with some conditions that we will be addressing in the next few weeks.  The four items plus appendices 1-6 to the left constitute "approved plan with conditions" - the June 2011 draft and Appendices,  the response to comments matrix, the meeting notes from AC #7 with agreed upon plan changes, and the updated Chapter 5 with additional management and implementation text for further review.
