We are a small, award-winning firm, nationally recognized for our planning and design work in the public realm. Work is thoughtful and fast-paced. We are looking for an intern and an early career landscape architect or planner to work with us on challenging and thought-provoking projects. Work can be full-time in our physical office or a hybrid model.

Our work ranges in scale from courtyards to campuses, from riverfronts to regions. Our work geography ranges from the Mojave Desert to Martha’s Vineyard, from the Delmarva Peninsula to the Illinois Prairie. Fall Internship. Preference will be given to students enrolled in a degree program in landscape architecture or planning with a strong and demonstrated interest in public work. Excellent design communication and writing skills are desired. Position is hourly, with a rate to be commensurate with experience. Anticipated time commitment of 15-20 hours (flexible) per week for a period of 8 – 10 weeks.

 

Early Career Position.  Preference will be given to a graduate of a masters or bachelor’s degree program in landscape architecture or a master’s degree in urban or environmental planning with an undergraduate design degree. The successful candidate must have a strong and demonstrated interest in public work and ability to be involved in multiple projects at one time. Excellent design communication and writing skills are essential to the success of our practice. Full-time salary, commensurate with experience. 1-3 years of experience, inclusive of past internships

Both Positions. Experience with various software packages a plus, we offer continued instruction, learning opportunities and practice using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, MicroStation and 3-D modeling programs.
