L/KLA brings sensitivity to the design and interpretation of place, whether public or private. The firm’s body of work, developed over the last twenty plus years, incorporates projects of all scales and under many different forms of ownership and control. Public interest work is the firm's core, with the majority of projects completed for the public sector and for nonprofits.
